1. What Pollbee is

Pollbee (“Pollbee,” “we,” “us”) is a service that lets you create polls about questions or photos you want feedback on. An AI assistant suggests kind answer choices, and other people vote. These Terms govern your use of pollbee.fun and related domains (the “Service”).

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pollbee. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You may sign in with email or a supported third-party provider (such as Google or X).

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions, photos, and other material you submit (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content to Pollbee, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to AI providers that generate kind answer options.

You promise that you have the right to submit Your Content, and that it does not violate anyone's rights or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pollbee to:

• Harass, threaten, or attempt to shame any person;
• Post sexual content involving real, identifiable people;
• Post hateful or discriminatory content;
• Post photos of other people without their permission;
• Impersonate someone else, or misrepresent who or what is in a poll;
• Attempt to manipulate poll results, points, or referrals through fraudulent or automated means;
• Probe, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate access at our discretion if these terms are violated.

5. AI-generated content

Answer options shown on polls are generated by an AI model and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and, if needed, editing them before publishing a poll. You may not rely on AI-generated text for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

6. Points and rewards

Pollbee may award points for activities such as signing up, creating polls, voting, and referring friends. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted or revoked if we determine they were obtained through abuse or in error. Any rewards program is subject to its own additional terms when offered.

7. Termination

You may stop using Pollbee at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose Pollbee or others to harm.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pollbee and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
